The Senate will convene at 10:00 am. Following Leader remarks, at approximately 10:15 am, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on the confirmation of Exec. Cal. #327, Patricia Millet, of Virginia, to be U.S. Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia Circuit.
