Pillard to be United States Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia, post cloture (the time during adjournment will be counted post cloture). Upon the use or yielding back of post-cloture time, the Senate will proceed to vote on confirmation of the Pillard nomination. If all time is used, the vote would occur around 1:00am, Thursday morning, December 12. Senators will be notified when the vote is scheduled.
