The Senate will convene at 2:00pm. Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business until 4:30pm. At 4:30pm, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to consider Cal. #346, Cornelia Pillard to be U.S. Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia Circuit. At 5:30pm, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Pillard nomination. Upon disposition of the Pillard nomination, the Senate will resume legislative session, and immediately proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R. 3204, the Pharmaceutical Drug Compounding bill.
