The Senate will convene at 2:00pm. Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S. 815, the Employee Non-Discrimination Act. At 5:00pm, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to consider the following:
Cal.#328, Gregory Howard Woods, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York
Cal. #329, Debra M. Brown, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Mississippi
At 5:30pm, the Senate will proceed to vote on the Woods and Brown nominations. Following disposition of the Brown nomination, there will be 2 minutes of debate equally divided and controlled prior to a roll call vote on the Motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 815, the Employee Non – Discrimination Act.
