REMINDER -- vote schedule for next week
Roll call vote schedule for next week:  Senators should expect two roll call votes at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, November 12 (cloture votes on the nominations of Randolph D. Moss, to be United States District Judge for the District of Columbia and Leigh Martin May to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Georgia).

If cloture is invoked on either nomination, the respective confirmation votes will occur at 2:15 pm on Thursday, November 13.  Following disposition of the Moss and May nominations, the pending cloture motion on the House message to accompany the Childcare Development Block Grant bill will ripen, and that cloture vote would be the third vote stacked at 2:15 on the 13th.
Notification of these votes was sent out when the Senate adjourned in September, this is merely a reminder of the existing unanimous consent agreement.
